The line between botox vs fillers can sometimes feel a little blurred, so if your just starting to look into injectables, it can feel very confusing working out what is best for you.
I offer a free consultation with any treatment.
What is botox and how does it work?
Botox is the short name for clostridium botulinum.
It works by blocking the action of certain nerves, for example the tiny muscles around the eyes for squint.
In Aesthetics, it can be injected into the tiny muscles of facial expression to relax the muscle tension on the skin, where they create lines and wrinkles.
It can also be used to relax muscles and pull down the face, for example the neck (nerfitti) likewise it can also block sweat glands.
