Static Lunges. Nice way to mix it up by using the Landmine. The more you bring your chest over your quad, the more you will feel it. This is plenty weight for me, 55lbs. I did 4x15, included with my workout was 5x10 back squats, sled push, single leg kettle bell drops, Trx ham roll ins, and core work. It was a light leg workout for me due to time. Try this to improve your posture. Using a cable machine. Row using a rope attachment emphasising the shoulder and scapula movement adding in a slight pause at the end phase of the movement. You will not need heavy weights. SEATED CALF RAISES - Most people do calves at the end of leg day when they are exhausted so calves tend to become an afterthought and get rushed. However, if you want your calves to grow, you need to make sure you’re stimulating them when you train them. Don’t bounce at the bottom and rush the reps. Instead, focus on the stretch at the bottom and the squeeze at the top. You already made it through squats by this point. 205 lbs Front Squat to a 10" box with a Titan Fitness Harness for a 1RM. This is by far the best way to do front squats. Push yourself harder then you have and fight reps you wouldn’t normally fight for. - In order to continually better and improve our physiques we need to do the hard work. Muscle isn’t gained just by swiping into your local gym. Muscle is built by digging deep and progressing loads at all cost. - The next time weight stalls or the results start slowly down, before you drop calories make sure training is being maximised.

My knees hurt when I squat- - But they don’t have to. There’s ALWAYS something you can do to make sure you are prepped and ready for your session. My prep work today, along with some things to keep in mind!- - 1. I ALWAYS start with a positional breathing reset. Not filmed because it’s the same as on upper body day 🤷🏼‍♂️- 2. Hip #CARs. Keep it slow, rotate through as full of ROM as you can with limited movement through the rest of your body. Grab on to something for balance! 3. Assisted squat ISOs: trying to push my knees as far forward as I can while still feeling my #glutes! Maintain a slight tuck of the pelvis, descend as low as possible without losing position, sit and suffer. It’s like a wall sit for powerlifters. - 4. Squat ISO: same as above, just harder. Keep that tuck and drop it low, glutes for days. - 5. Pin squats to get jacked- - Save for your next leg day and give it a try!
