Podendo ser chamado de avanço ou "passada"(quando se faz o exercício em movimento) é um movimento altamente funcional e tem mais possibilidade de ser executado por pessoas que não conseguiriam executar um agachamento, por exemplo. Porém, é muito importante que ele seja feito da forma correta: – O posicionamento dos pés precisa estar paralelo ao dos joelhos; – Mantenha o tronco alinhado, sem inclinar-se para a frente (isso faz com que a carga articular na coluna seja muito menor); - Usar carga adequada para uma boa execução. Flashback to some really rewarding work which I was chatting about today.. First video.. Week 1.. Session 1. BEFORE functional training incorporating some basic glute activation to correct Caroline’s right leg/knee from internally rotating. The cause is, the top (head) of her Femur is actually more of a rugby ball shape and not ball. Left side has already been operated on to correct, but I asked if I could try to correct the right side instead of waiting for it to cause pain, and for it to be operated on... . The next video is Week 3.. Session 3.. Glute activation and stabilisation work implemented and I’m thrilled with how well Caroline’s right Femur has corrected. It’s amazing how much difference you can make to your alignment and potential longevity of your body in just 3 hours of sessions..
