Wanted to film some content but went in gym without any plan so just went with the flow on chest and got a pretty decent pump with this , ain’t the toughest but certainly gotta dig in on the dropsets, let me know what you think , Like/Save it helps me out 👍💨💨💨💨
20-30 reps on cable flys for 3 sets and 5 sets of 10 pushups !
Get the blood shooting to your chest
Working set 1 - Machine chest press , level with your nipples , 5 sets of 8-12 increasing weight each time 🔥
2/ Incline Bench Press , 4 sets 15/12/10/8 , upping weight every set -
3/ Incline DB , go to your heaviest weight you can do , HAVE A SPOTTER, wouldn’t have gone 40’s if Kyle weren’t there just in case so don’t either , make sure you’ve got someone watching you , 3 sets of that and then the last set drop it down about 20% and crack out another 10! 🤮
4/ Smith Machine Flat bench , same as incline DB , 3 normal sets then that last set strip some weight off and burn it out ! 🔥🔥🔥
5/ DB Flys into pushups , nasty af superset but legit , 10-15 flys into 10 15 pushups , 3 sets !
6/ Then last up bent over overhead flys , 15-20 reps 3 sets to really burnout your chest and leave it with a killer pump ⚡️
