Hoy les dejo esta receta de 🌿LASAGNA DE POLLO Y VERDURAS🤤🤤🤤🌿 no saben de ricaaaaa que sale. 🔸 ⏩ Ingredientes (salen aprox. 6 porciones): ☑️ 1 paquete de láminas para lasagna de 200 (Knorr). ☑️ 1 pechuga de pollo. ☑️ 1/2 atado de acelga. ☑️ 1 pimiento grande, 1 cebolla, 3 dientes de ajo. ☑️Salsa de tomate casera. ☑️ Condimentos a gusto. 🔸 ⏩ Procedimiento: Rehogar las verduras cortadas en cubitos, agregar la pechuga hervida y trozada y mezclar. Por otra parte hervir y trozar la acelga. Cubrir una fuente para hornear con salsa, colocar las láminas de lasagna sin superponer y dejando un espacio entre éstas y el borde de la fuente. Intercalar una capa de pollo con una de acelga y así sucesivamente las veces que sea necesario. ** Straddle Cable ENGs** Everyone gets “mad” at the adductors because they are always “tight” and angry. So they stretch and stretch and stretch, BUT forget that strengthening this area yields massive benefits. . . If you look at a cadaver the adductors contain a massive amount of muscle, fascia, and tissue but are heavily neglected compared to the abductors. They are responsible for everything from adduction to internal rotation, hip flexion and extension. . Time to get some thicccc thighs and French fries 🍟 . Set up in a Straddle position. This places the adductors in a shortened range since you begin in hip flexion versus the popular Copenhagen plank where the body is in a neutral position. . Attach an ankle weight to a free motion cable ( I am using half body weight in this clip ~80lbs) . Adduct the legs together. Try to add keep a slight bias towards hip internal rotation on the working leg 🦵to place the adductors into further end range. Hold the end position then eccentrically open your straddle. Perform an explosive 🧨 concentric to reset the isometric hold. . . This is so awesome and horrible, I literally can’t even...like can’t even walk today. . . Your mission should you choose to accept it is to start training your adductors as hard/heavy as your abductors.
