When was the last time you went out of your way to give someone a compliment?
My challenge to each and every one of you: go out and share your posi vibes to 3 people. And then keep doing it. Every. Single. Day.
Tell someone at the gym they look strong AF. Tell a friend she’s gorgeous. Compliment someones outfit. Their makeup. ANYTHING. Bonus points if you don’t know this person. Watch how their face lights up and how they probably break into an immediate smile. .
The power of oxytocin 🙌🏼 Giving compliments or spreading posi vibes will make you do the happy dance 💃🏻 .
It doesn’t stop there. The second part of this challenge? I want you to start complimenting
YOURSELF on the daily, too.
Hell ya. Wake up in the morning and greet yourself in the mirror with a “you’re a badass,” or “I’m beautiful and ready to crush today!” before you walk out the door. Accomplish something great during your day (finishing up a project at work, hitting gym PRs, spreading posi vibes etc.) Don’t forget to always be kind to yourself and praise yourself. I promise you will feel good about it 😊
Whatever your goals are in life you have to be on the right mindset. “Your mind is a powerful thing. When you fill it with positive thoughts, your life will start to change.” Apply this and you will achieve whatever you set your mind to! Making these small changes make a big difference in your life 🙏🏼❤️
